Peppy Gold is not automatically the seller, buyer, manufacturer, laboratory, certifying authority or owner of a product offered by a third-party partner. Before a transaction, the customer should confirm the identity of the actual seller or service provider and the party responsible for the invoice, delivery, warranty, return and refund.

Our consultation services concern physical precious metals and jewellery transactions. They are not intended to constitute investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management or recommendations about securities, mutual funds, ETFs, bonds, derivatives or other financial products. Peppy Gold does not guarantee returns, profits, future prices, appreciation, resale value or savings. Market-rate information is indicative and is not a prediction of future prices.

Rates shown or discussed may be indicative and may change with market movements, purity, weight, location, product specifications and transaction timing. The final price may include metal value, making/craftsmanship charges, wastage or value addition, stone/diamond value, applicable taxes and other disclosed charges. Customers should review the final quotation and invoice before confirming a transaction. No price lock exists unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Peppy Gold may help customers understand products, compare quotations and identify participating jewellers. Customers should review the product details, weight, purity, hallmark, certificate information, final price and seller terms before purchase. The final purchase decision remains with the customer and the actual seller.

Any estimate or valuation guidance is indicative unless the actual buyer confirms it in writing. Final selling or buyback value may depend on weight, purity, product condition, stones, testing results, buyer policy and applicable deductions. Peppy Gold does not guarantee a particular resale or buyback value.

Exchange value, eligibility, deductions, additional payment and other conditions are determined by the actual jeweller or transaction provider. Customers should obtain and review these terms before confirming an exchange.

Peppy Gold may explain purity markings, BIS hallmarking, HUID information and available diamond-certificate details. Unless explicitly stated, this guidance is not a laboratory test or certification performed by Peppy Gold. Customers should verify relevant information with the issuing authority, laboratory or authorised verification channel.

Custom-design assistance may include discussing ideas, reference images, sketches, materials and quotations, and coordinating with third-party craftsmen. The final design, material, specifications, price, production timeline, delivery and cancellation terms should be agreed in writing with the actual seller before an order is placed.

Peppy Gold may work with jewellers, manufacturers, bullion dealers, laboratories and other service providers. Peppy Gold may receive referral, commission or service fees from participating partners. Relevant commercial relationships and customer-facing fees will be disclosed as applicable. Customers should ask whether a separate Peppy Gold consultation or coordination fee applies before proceeding.

The party receiving payment and issuing the invoice should be identified before payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, product payments are made to the actual seller or service provider. Any Peppy Gold consultation fee and its cancellation/refund terms must be communicated before payment. Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are subject to the applicable seller's disclosed policy and mandatory rights under law.

Customers must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and ensure that any item submitted for sale or exchange is lawfully owned or that they are authorised to transact in it. Customers should review quotations, certificates, invoices and transaction terms before confirming a transaction.
